Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides a little. Pour the glass of rice into the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange the tomatoes prepared in this way. Pour some tomato juice over rice.
Chop the parsley, garlic and onion and the tomato pieces recovered after hollowing them out. Mix with the meat to be stuffed. Add salt and pepper.
Fill the tomatoes with the stuffing then replace the top of the tomato on the stuffing.
Bake for 45 minutes in an oven previously heated to 180°C.
