Cucumber is one of the lightest vegetables that exists with 16 calories per 100 grams! So we use and abuse it and we cook it with all the sauces, to vary.
Peel the cucumber, then cut it in half lengthwise, before removing the central flesh (you can eat it while cooking). Then, we mix in a salad bowl:1 plain 0% fat yoghurt, a teaspoon of mustard, and diced red pepper.
When it is finished, we incorporate the tuna from 1 can of natural tuna into this mixture, and whisk the preparation. We stuff the cucumber with that and on top, we add chives and pinches of curry.
The first step is the same as the recipe above.
For the stuffing, we crush two goat droppings that we seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper. We stuff our cucumber then we decorate it with chopped fresh chives. Let it rest for an hour in the fridge and enjoy!
We prepare our cucumber. We drain a box of mixed salad and mix it with mayonnaise, then salt and pepper.
We then fill our cucumber. We put basil leaves on top to decorate, on which we add a drizzle of olive oil. Original!
