Tomatoes stuffed with tuna and bush cream


Ingredients:6 people
  • beautiful tomatoes
    6 (or 12 small)
  • canned natural tuna
    250 g
  • bush cheese (or, failing that, curd cheese)
    50 g
  • mayonnaise
    1 tea cup
  • thick fresh cream
    15 cl
  • chives
    1 bunch
  • salt and pepper mill
    tabasco
  • a few drops

Wash the tomatoes, wipe them dry, cut off the upper part. Hollow out the insides and turn them over on a platter Drain the tuna, chop coarsely. Wash, drain and chop the chives. In a salad bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, cream and tuna. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add the tabasco and the chopped chives, mix and check the seasoning.

Garnish each tomato, cap and chill for 1 hour before serving.
