Savoy cabbage is a real winter vegetable, full of vitamins and minerals. In this wintery recipe, including savoy cabbage, chicken breast and Milner Masterpiece cheese, all ingredients are at their best.

– 4 chicken breasts
– 100 grams grated Milner Masterpiece cheese – 1 teaspoon fresh thyme BR>- 6 slices Parma ham
For the Savoy cabbage
– 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 large garlic clove, crushed
– 400 grams savoy cabbage, finely chopped
– lemon juice
Step-by-step plan
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts vertically, but not all the way to create a 'pocket'.
– In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, tomatoes, thyme, with salt and pepper.
– Fill each chicken breast with a little of the mixture.
– Roll 1.5 slices of Parma ham around each filled chicken breast.
– Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts for 2 minutes on all sides until golden brown. Then put them in the oven and let the chicken breasts cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
– Just before serving:heat the olive oil in a wok with the garlic, add the savoy cabbage and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes . Add a little lemon juice before dividing the mixture onto plates.
– Cut the chicken breasts diagonally and serve on the bed of Savoy cabbage.
