Recipe:zucchini spaghetti with pesto chicken and tomatoes

A tasty, tasty meal is quickly made! This courgette spaghetti with pesto chicken and tomatoes has only 5 ingredients and is on the table in no time!

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 1 tray (180 g) Honeytomatoes®
  • 1 zucchini
  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 100 g pesto

Preparation method

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and pass the zucchini through the spirelli so that you get nice zucchini strings.
  2. Put a little pesto in the pan and add the chicken. Stir fry until the outside of the chicken is golden brown. Add the rest of the pesto to the pan and lower the heat until the chicken is cooked through. You can check this by cutting a piece of chicken in half; when the chicken no longer shines, the chicken is cooked inside.
  3. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix the spaghetti in the pan with the pesto chicken and the courgette strands.
  4. Divide the spaghetti between plates, garnish with Honeytomatoes® and serve immediately. You can choose to keep the Honeytomatoes® whole or halve.
