Recipe:Mediterranean spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and arugula

Italians understand like no other that love goes through the stomach. With this recipe for Mediterranean Spaghetti you treat your family to a plate full of attention and love! Delicious with broccoli and mozzarella balls.

Ingredients

1 package Basic Mediterranean vegetarian
400 g Provencal wok vegetables
400 g Honey Wholewheat Spaghetti
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
80 g arugula
15 g basil, roughly chopped
150 ml of water

Own spin:

1 broccoli, in florets
(replace the grated cheese with) 50 g mozzarella balls

Preparation method

1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Fry the wok vegetables for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes.
3. Add 150 ml of water and Honig base for Macaroni and Spaghetti Mediterranean. Heat the whole while stirring for about 1 minute.
4. Add the paste. Heat it briefly and serve the pasta topped with the grated cheese and arugula.
