Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Remove the hat and reserve them. Slightly hollow out the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into slices. In a bowl, mash the goat cheese with a fork with the crumbled thyme and olive oil, salt and pepper. Stuff cherry tomatoes with goat cheese and sprinkle with chopped chives.
Stuff the pear tomatoes with the tapenade and put the tops back on. Mount the skewers on wooden skewers, alternating a cherry tomato, a cucumber slice, a celery leaf, a pear tomato, a celery leaf, a cucumber slice and a cherry tomato.
Cocktail:Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the worcestershire sauce, tabasco and lemon juice. Pepper and salt with celery salt.
Add vodka and tomato juice. Stir well and pour the cocktail into a presentation glass. Decorate with a skewer of stuffed cherry tomatoes placed on the rim of the glass or simply with a leaf of celery.
If ever there was a world famous cocktail, it's lebloody-mary. It was invented in 1921 in Paris, by Ferdinand Petiot, chef barbam at Harry's Bar. The writer Frédéric Dard has designed a variant where gin replaces vodka.
