Pasta is a wonderfully versatile dish that you can prepare in different ways. Maybe you've already tried our Pasta Marianesca recipe, and now you want something different. Here we have the recipe pasta with tomato feta – a colorful, very tasty dish that is guaranteed to transport your taste buds to southern holiday regions!
3 cloves of garlic
4 sprigs of thyme
500 g cherry tomatoes
10 Kalamata olives (pitted)
4 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of sea salt and pepper
1 pinch of sugar
150 grams of feta cheese
1 lemon
250 grams of spaghetti
6 basil leaves
Peel the garlic and cut into fine strips. Clean the thyme, pluck the leaves from the hard stems and roughly chop them.
Preheat the oven to 180°C for circulating air.
Wash and drain tomatoes. Place in a large skillet and toss with the garlic, thyme, olives, olive oil, sea salt, pepper and sugar. Place the feta cheese in the middle. Wash and dry the lemon and rub over the tomatoes. Cook the feta tomatoes on the middle rack in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the noodles 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time according to the instructions on the package.
Remove the feta tomatoes from the oven and stir with a fork to make a creamy sauce. Add the noodles and mix with the sauce. Divide between plates, sprinkle with basil and enjoy.
