Many truffles are found and eaten in the Croatian province of Istria. This recipe for a delicious pasta with truffles comes from truffle products and restaurant Zigante.
Ingredients for 4 people
80 grams tartufata (truffles, fresh or from a jar)
400 grams pasta
40 grams butter
1 deciliter cream
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Preparation
1. Boil the pasta in salt water. Drain the water and add 20 grams of butter.
2. Melt the rest of the butter in a clean pan. Add the tartufata and cream. Stir until the sauce is hot.
3. Add the sauce to the pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
