Recipe:fish cakes from fish-free tuna

Ingredients
300 gr Fish-free Tonyn
250 gr potatoes, mashed
1 egg
1 tbsp mayonnaise
zest of a lime
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 cm ginger, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 chilli pepper, finely chopped
½ bunch coriander, coarsely chopped
40 g breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
pinch white pepper

Preparation 1. Mix all ingredients and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour. 2. Shape the dough into eight balls and flatten them. 3.
