Torti and spaghetti with tomato and basil

  • Panzani torti
    180g
  • Spaguetti
    120g
  • tomatoes
    450 g
  • olive oil
    6 tablespoons
  • basil leaves

  • garlic

  • black pepper
  • salt


Preparation:

    First, briefly immerse the tomatoes in boiling water after removing the stem.

    Peel them, seed them, cut them into large dice

    Put the olive oil in a sauté pan

    Add 2/3 of the tomatoes, salt, pepper.

    Cook for 6 minutes with 4 chopped basil leaves

    Cook the torti for about 9 minutes and the spaghetti for about ten minutes in 2 liters of salted boiling water

    Drain them, add them to the melted tomato

    Crush and finely chop the garlic.

    Place some spaghetti in the center of 4 plates then arrange the torti around

    Garnish with the remaining tomatoes and basil leaves

    Spread the chopped garlic and pepper.
