Eating well at a smart price is possible!
My clever and quick recipe for chicken with olives will be on your plate, thanks to its special microwave cooking, in less than 30 minutes!
No time to spend hours in the kitchen? Want new flavors in the blink of an eye?
Microwave cooking is not synonymous with blandness. On the contrary, it allows me to cook delicious meals in record time!
Contents
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 12 green olives (or black depending on your mood!)
- 30g sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- A little parsley
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
1. In a salad bowl, coarsely mix the olives, tomatoes and parsley. Sprinkle everything with a few drops of lemon.
2. Slash each cutlet obliquely with a knife and place the preparation on it.
3. Place the garnished cutlets in a dish suitable for the microwave.
4. Cover the dish with cling film and cook at 850 Watts for 10 minutes.
5. Out of my microwave, mix well then put back a cooking time of 10 minutes, but this time at 250 Watts.
6. Leave to rest for a few seconds and presto, serve!
If the cutlets are too thick, I cut them in half lengthwise so I easily double the number!
Inveterate gourmet, I also lightly brush the rest of my meat with the rest of the filling!
- 4 cutlets:600 g at €14 per kilo, i.e. €8
- A small jar of sun-dried tomatoes:€3.20 for 280 g (I will therefore have some left over for another dish)
- A small jar of pitted olives (it's much more practical when they are!):€1.20
That is an expense of €3.10 per person or €12.40 for 4 guests.
