Take a few broccoli florets and mash them with 100 grams of parsley, 30 grams of parmesan cheese and two tablespoons of pine nuts. Make a finely chopped mixture in the food processor.
Olive pesto The olives give this pesto a slightly spicier taste. You make it with 2 peeled cloves of garlic, a handful of olives, some fresh basil and fresh parsley.
Mint-pistachio pesto
Ingredients:a sprig of fresh mint, a handful of spinach, a peeled clove of garlic, roasted pistachios and a tablespoon of olive oil.
