Put the leftover vegetables together, add some eggs. Assume about 4 eggs for 6 muffins. If desired, add some crème frache and bacon and season with grated cheese, herbs, pepper and sweet. Spoon the batter into muffin tins and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
