Have you let your healthy eating habits slip a bit lately? Now is the time to pick them up again. With these simple tips you can eat healthier from today.

1. Eat vegetables with every meal
Start your day with a smoothie with vegetables in it , lunch with a salad and eat a portion of vegetables for dinner.

2. Start planning

3. Try new dishes
Don't just eat the familiar. Try at least one new recipe every week. Or experiment with healthy ingredients you've never used before. Visit a health food store or organic market, make sure you make new healthy discoveries.

4. Prepare yourself
In the morning you have little time (and desire) to make an extensive breakfast and to prepare your lunch for noon. Therefore, make sure you have done as much as possible for this the night before. While you're at it, immediately cut the vegetables for dinner, so you have no excuse at the end of the day to go for a ready meal.

5. Take your time before every meal
