1. Vegetables aren't just for dinner

To get as many different nutrients as possible, it is important to eat a varied diet. If you want to eat healthier, don't shy away from new recipes and try something new regularly.
3. Prepare yourself
If you come home late, are in a hurry or are tired, the temptation is greater to go for a quick meal. Therefore, make sure you have some healthy snacks with you and that you prepare dinner in advance. The moment you are hungry, your healthy and quick meal is ready quickly.
