Recipe:avocado yogurt spread

Making your own dips and spreads is super easy, takes little time and is much tastier and healthier than a container from the store. Do you already know this delicious avocado yogurt spread?

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ garlic clove
  • 200 ml Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
  • Additionally needed:stick blender

Preparation

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon or an avocado slicer.
  • Finely chop the dill.
  • Put the avocado flesh in a tall cup, squeeze the garlic over the top and puree coarsely with the stick blender .
  • Stir in the dill, Greek yogurt and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the spread in a bowl and sprinkle with some fresh dill.

TIP: do you want to lighten this spread? Then use low-fat yogurt, or take Greek yogurt
with 0% fat.
