Making your own dips and spreads is super easy, takes little time and is much tastier and healthier than a container from the store. Do you already know this delicious avocado yogurt spread?
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ garlic clove
- 200 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- Additionally needed:stick blender
Preparation
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon or an avocado slicer.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Put the avocado flesh in a tall cup, squeeze the garlic over the top and puree coarsely with the stick blender .
- Stir in the dill, Greek yogurt and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the spread in a bowl and sprinkle with some fresh dill.
TIP: do you want to lighten this spread? Then use low-fat yogurt, or take Greek yogurt
with 0% fat.
