Healthy lunch to go:fruit with ricotta, mint and honey

Whether you're going on a picnic in the park or want something different than a cheese sandwich at work. This month you will find healthy lunches that are easy to take with you in Santé. We already share the recipe for fruit with ricotta, mint and honey with you.

Ingredients
For 2 persons

  • 3/4 ripe melon
  • 2 handfuls of fruit (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • mint leaves

Preparation
Slice the melon and place in a bowl with the fruit of your choice. Add the ricotta and top with honey and pistachios. Finely chop the mint leaves and sprinkle over your lunch.
