"Oh what a great idea! I exclaimed when I came across a pretty little jar in a department store in Paris, with layers of flour, sugar and chocolate chips intended to make us make sumptuous (and delicious) cookies. Only problem:the price, too, was quite sumptuous (but hard to swallow)… Spending 20 euros for a jar and flour? Are you crazy ? And besides, it's more fun to do it yourself!
Why is the SOS Cookies jar a great idea? 1/ Because it's practical and it will even make lazy women cook, 2/ Because in case of a hard blow, stress (or without a special occasion either), we always need cookies. Because cookies are heaven. Because cookies are life. 3/ Because it's pretty and it can stay on a piece of furniture, as a simple decorative object (mouai, mouai… Bad to last more than a week WITHOUT eating them? Noooooo, I don't think so, no…).
Okay, okay! It's good, we want it! And how do we do it? Several nice tutorials on the Internet:
1/ "Papilles et Pupilles" offer you the "Croustifondant" (slurp) SOS Cookies, with chocolate chips, oatmeal and nuts.

2/ "In Marine's kitchen" makes us salivate with the SOS Cookies for smarties...

3/ "Dans mon nid" goes even further in gluttony with its SOS Cookies with 3 chocolates (arg!)

And for a nice recipe label, go to lareinedeliode.com. We applaud in passing the very beautiful jars of Idem Gourmandises, with childish and poetic notes:idemgourmandise.canalblog.com. A great gift idea!
