Preparation
Start by breaking the chocolate into pieces, and cook it in a bain-marie, adding the coffee.
Lightly toast the almonds in a pan.
Then mix the butter and sugar together until smooth.
Gradually add the chocolate/coffee mixture, the egg yolks, and finally the toasted almonds (you can keep some to sprinkle on the cake).
Then beat the eggs until stiff, and fold them very gently into the previous mixture.
Pour everything into a buttered pudding mold and place it in a gratin dish filled with water. The pudding will then cook in a bain-marie.
Place everything in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
Idea :to vary the pleasures, you can replace the almonds with small cubes of walnut bread, gingerbread, or even raisins.
