Preparation
Before starting, immediately put aside a cup of cold milk, which will serve us later.
Then melt the chocolate. Add salt, sugar and milk. Bring everything to a boil.
Then mix the flour with the cold milk previously set aside, being careful not to form lumps. To facilitate the mixing, you can add a little of the hot chocolate/milk mixture from time to time.
Then pour the mixture into the hot chocolate/milk mixture.
Put the mixture on the fire, and let it boil for about 15 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
You can then pour your preparation into a deep dish.
Serve hot or cold, as you wish.
