The famous chatbot, or automated conversation, answers our questions to choose our bottles of wine according to the occasion. According to our choice, a selection of 3 wines is proposed to us. Not one bottle precisely (because too complicated to find) but three or four appellations (Pomerol, Sauternes, Côtes de Beaune for example). We just have to choose!
The bot is to be contacted directly via Messenger. While he offers us to write what we are looking for, he suggests “aperitif”, “barbecue”, or even “enjoy the summer”. The season lends itself to it, so we click on the latter. It is then that he offers us specific ideas. Aperitif in the sun, rosé with friends, tomato mozzarella, barbecue. So barbecue will be our idea. The robot says “Heat up the barbecue, we’ll take care of the wine!” » and brings us a selection of 3 wines at less than 10 euros that correspond to what we can eat. A Languedoc Fitou (8 euros) for merguez and ribs, a Côtes-du-Rhône (8 euros) for a piece of beef and a light and fruity Côtes-de-Provence (6 euros). But no matter what you eat, it works for all culinary specialties of all origins.
