How it works ? To find the best (and most original) combinations, just enter the name of a wine, or a cheese, and click on enter. On the screen is then displayed a “map” of possible matches! And to facilitate the search, it is advisable to deselect some filters by clicking on the icon at the top right. For example, if you are not a fan of (really) very strong cheeses, you will deselect the “hard” category, to be sure not to have any unpleasant surprises on your plate. Thus, thanks to Wine and Cheese Map , we learn for example that black goat cheese will go perfectly with Tokay Pinot Gris, or California Zinfandel; as for the Chardonnay, it is accompanied by camembert or triple cream (well, there, you should not be afraid of the calories…)!
