Sweet and salty is popular, especially as an aperitif, where it allows you to vary the flavors.
Tired of always serving the same little things to your friends when they come to have an aperitif at your place?
Why not offer them recipes that change from the ordinary? Mine, in any case, love the following amuse-bouche.
Contents
1. Wrap a prune (preferably pitted) with a slice of smoked bacon.
2. Prick with a toothpick to hold the slice of bacon around the prune and repeat the operation on as many prunes as you wish (count three to four prunes per person).
3. Bake for 5 minutes in a very hot oven, grill position. When the bacon is well grilled, you can serve.
1. Cut a goat cheese log into small slices.
2. Cut slices of sandwich bread into triangles and brush with a teaspoon of honey.
3. Place a slice of cheese on each triangle and add half a dried apricot.
4. Spend 5 minutes on the grill, so that the cheese melts well. Serve immediately.
1. Cut pieces of Comté.
2. Pass them quickly in sesame seeds, for decoration.
3. On a skewer, alternate a piece of Comté, a green grape, a piece of Comté and a black grape.
4. Prick all the skewers in a halved apple and serve very chilled.
These little recipes, which can be enhanced according to everyone's taste, are very simple to make, and allow you to vary what is usually served as an aperitif.
Plus, they're inexpensive! For eight people, you will not exceed 10 €, to make these three recipes, which is more than reasonable for an aperitif worthy of the name!
