Burgerbar Ter Marsch &Co is known for its delicious burgers, and this year they are introducing a sensational first:the Cannabis Burger. A tasty burger on a brioche weed bun from our own bakery. This limited edition burger can be tasted for a week from Tuesday 9 January 2018 at Ter Marsch &Co in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
This limited edition burger is made with dry aged Angus Beef, Japanese Wagu and slowly cooked organic veal neck on Brioche weed bread from our own bakery. The burger is provided with original, mostly organic ingredients such as Dutch lettuce, old Remeker cheese crumble, dried tomato, sweet and sour tomato, Cornichon relish, creamy lime weed sauce and puffed buckwheat. The unique brioche bun is made from pure ingredients; wheat flour, fresh free-range eggs, butter and whole milk from the farmer. The bulb is enriched with powder of dried cannabis leaves without THC. You don't get high from the weed, but from the sensory stimulating taste.
