This is how you serve the perfect Tia Maria Matcha?
Mix a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of matcha powder in a bowl.
Put some cold water in a bowl and dip the rim of your glass into the water.
Shake off any drops of water and place the rim of the glass in the matcha and sugar mix. Fill the glass with ice and add Tia Maria Matcha.

Ingredients:
45 ml Tia Maria Matcha
35 ml Tito's Handmade vodka
That's how you make it
Make a green matcha rim (see above) on half of a Martini (coupe) glass.
Pour Tia Maria Matcha and Tito's Handmade vodka in a cocktail shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice.
Shake the ingredients well and pour the contents of the shaker through a sieve into the glass.
