Preparation
Peel the carrots, then grate them as well as the zucchini with the large grater grid. Put in a salad bowl and add the peas, the chopped chives, the finely cut shallots, salt and pepper. Mix and pour into a gratin dish.
In the bowl, put the flour, parmesan, pine nuts, butter cut into small pieces and mix until it looks like sand.
Pour to form a layer over the vegetable mixture in the casserole dish.
Put in the preheated oven at 180°C (th.6) for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with a green salad, a tomato coulis...
