Ingredients
1 roll of shortcrust pastry
1 courgette
1 bell pepper
6 mushrooms
1 onion
4 eggs
100 g Gruyère cheese
300 ml Alpro® Cuisine
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp finely chopped dill

Preparation method
1. Line the mold with the shortcrust pastry.
2. Beat the eggs with the Gruyere and Alpro Cuisine. Season with pepper.
3. Cut the vegetables into fine strips and mix with the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Divide over the dough.
4. Pour over the egg mixture and sprinkle with dill and olives.
5. Place the quiche in the oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
