Vegetable barbecuing difficult? It's okay. The shelves are full of ready-made sausages, burgers and balls. But nothing tastes better than when you make it yourself, right?
Try these black bean balls with vegetable tzatziki. You can put them on a skewer for a barbecue.
1. Add all ingredients for the black bean balls to a food processor and blend until smooth. There may still be some pieces in it for the structure, but it should stick together. If it is too dry, you can add some olive oil. Is it too wet? Then add extra oat flour.
2. Roll the dough into balls.
3. Fry the balls in a layer of olive oil for about 1-2 minutes per side. You can now keep them in the fridge until you barbecue.
4. For the barbecue, thread the balls onto a skewer. Grill the black bean balls for about two minutes per side.
5. Meanwhile, make the tzatziki by mixing all the ingredients together. Serve the tzatziki with the black bean balls.
