- Crab meat

- bunch of fresh mint

- degermed and crushed garlic cloves

- fish sauce

- grated palm sugar (or brown sugar)

- chopped fresh red peppers.

- Preparation time:15 minutes
Put the crab in a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients (cucumber, red onion, green onion, and chopped mint
Toss gently then pour in the seasoning and stir again
For the seasoning, simply whisk together all the remaining ingredients in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
