Mix the sugar and yeast with lukewarm water. Insert the plastic kneader into the cutter. Then add the flour, 60 g peanuts, salt and butter. Blend for 10 seconds. Add the dissolved yeast and mix again. Then slowly pour the ice water through the neck, so that the flour absorbs it (about 25 seconds). When the dough forms a ball, let it turn for another 60 to 90 seconds. Then add the remaining peanuts and sultanas.
Place the ball of dough in plastic and let it rise in a warm place (27°C) until it has doubled in size, which takes two to three hours.
Preheat your oven to 190°C (th. 6). Remove the dough from the bag and beat it. Divide it in half and place each half in a greased cake tin.
Cover each mold with oiled plastic wrap and let the dough rise again for 50 to 80 minutes.
Bake the breads. cook for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, unmold and cool on a wire rack, at least 6 hours before eating.
Jayne's advice:You can also form round loaves and bake them directly on oiled baking sheets:in this case, brush them with a beaten salted egg. To best savor this bread, cut it into thin slices. It is delicious with strong cheese
