500 ml of water
4 sprigs of lavender (for decoration)
And for the syrup:
250 ml of water

1 tablespoon dried lavender
The syrup:bring 250 ml of water with the sugar to the boil. Stir slowly until the sugar dissolves. Then turn off the heat and add the honey and dried lavender. Place the lid on the pan and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then pour the mixture through a sieve. And stir in the juice of the 5 lemons, plus the remaining 500 ml of water. And put it with pan and all in the fridge to cool completely.
Has it cooled down? Then you can divide it among the glasses, which you finish with a lemon slice and a sprig of lavender for decoration.
PS English lavender is particularly suitable for eating and drinking, edible lavender in dried form can be found at supermarkets, health food stores and drugstores.
