Ingredients: (for about 24 large madeleines)
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, then add the honey and leave to cool.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the flour and the mixture of chocolate, butter and honey. Beat the egg whites and add them to the rest. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Use a silicone mold. Put a large spoon of dough in each mold, and bake for 10 minutes in the oven previously heated to Th. 6°.
Wait a few minutes before unmolding. To be enjoyed warm or cold!
