Lemon is used for many dishes, but we often throw away a lot part.
It's true that you don't always need the whole lemon. We take the amount we need and throw the fruit away.
To avoid this waste , we have a trick to preserve it:just freeze it.

1. Simply squeeze out the rest of the unused fruit.
2. Then pour the resulting juice into an ice cube tray.
3. Freeze it and use it whenever you need it.
There you go, you can now keep your lemon juice as long as you want :-)
