After a good meal, there's nothing like tasting a delicious pastry straight from the bakery, just to end the dinner on a sweet touch!
What I prefer are chocolate cakes or mille-feuilles, it's really too good, especially when the pastries are very fresh.
But, how to keep this freshness longer? Quick, I need a tip!
To keep my delicious pastries safe 1 or 2 more days , I first place them under a bell to protect them from the air environment to prevent them from drying out too quickly.
The little extra :I also place a piece of apple right next to my cakes to prolong their freshness and it works!
