Who has never popped the shell of an egg into it? cooking in boiling water?
As a result, it is impossible to remove the shell easily. And frankly, the egg has a funny shape...

1. Take your eggs out in advance to warm them up (at least 10°C).
2. Put the water in a saucepan.
3. Heat the water.
4. Pour a drizzle of white vinegar into the water.
5. When the water boils, carefully put the eggs in the pan.
There you go, now you know how to cook an egg without exploding the shell :-)
This grandmother's trick works for hard-boiled eggs as well as soft-boiled eggs.
You should also know that the higher the quality of the eggs, the stronger their shells.
Therefore, an egg from a free range hen is stronger than an egg from a caged hen.
