Hard-boiled egg, soft-boiled egg... It doesn't matter what we like the most, we have to cook them in water.
Yes, but then to get them back, it gets complicated.
Some empty the water before taking the eggs with their hands (ouch!), others use more clever means, and less dangerous for their fingers. Like this one for example:
You can simply use your pasta scoop !
If you don't have one, pasta tongs or even a (pastry) whisk will do. Although the latter require a little more skill.
Never again will you have to burn your fingers and the broken egg, because it fell back into the pan when you took it out with a classic spoon, will be history.
