- 1 yellow melon
- 1 green melon
- 1 watermelon
- 250 g of feta
- mint leaves
- 2 lemons
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
1. I I cut and remove the pips from the melons and watermelon, then I cut them into small balls with a special spoon (or failing that, a teaspoon).
2. I add the feta cheese cut into small dice (about 1 cm square), the juice of 2 lemons, the chopped mint, the olive oil, the salt and the pepper.
3. I mix well and put in the fridge.
4. I take out the salad bowl a little before the meal (about 15 min) so that it is not frozen but still fresh .
There you go, your fresh and light starter is already ready to be tasted :-)
