- 2 large golden apples
- 200g dark pastry chocolate
- 2 skewers
1. Peel the apples.
2. Prick them with a wooden skewer.
3. Break the chocolate into pieces.
4. Melt it in a saucepan over a bain-marie.
5. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
6. Once the chocolate has melted, dip the apples in it one by one so that they are well coated.
7. Place on a sheet of parchment paper.
8. Let them dry.
9. Enjoy!

To give color to my candy apples, I sprinkle them with multicolored sugar sprinkles before they dry out. This makes them even more appetizing.
