- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 10 cl of heavy cream
- 20 g of butter
- 250g dark pastry chocolate
- whip
- pan
- teaspoon
Preparation: 15 mins - Cooking: 2 mins - For 6 people
1. Put the fresh cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Meanwhile, break the dark chocolate into pieces.
3. Melt it in a bain-marie in a saucepan, adding a tablespoon of water.
4. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat, pour the cream over it and the butter.
5. Stir with a whisk to obtain a smooth, lump-free mixture.
6. Cover and place in the fridge for 6 hours for it to harden.
7. Put cocoa powder on a plate.
8. With a small spoon, take a little of the mixture.
9. Roll the dough to form a ball.
10. Dip the ball in the cocoa powder to coat it.
11. Repeat to make all the truffles.
12. Place the truffles in the fridge before serving.
