Keep your cool with a refreshing homemade cranberry ice cream.
Ingredients for 4 ice creams
• 60 ml Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic juice
• 250 g raspberries
• 35 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
• 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 50 g icing sugar
Preparation
1. Boil the sugar and the cranberry juice in a pan for about 3 minutes until it is syrupy. Then let it cool down.
2. Place the raspberries in the blender and blend to a puree. Strain out the seeds.
3. Stir the syrup, raspberry puree, orange juice and lemon juice together and pour the mixture into a popsicle mold.
4. Place them in the freezer until the ice creams are hard and then enjoy your refreshing snack.
