Shiitake
A lot of healthy ingredients are used in oriental cuisine. Like Shiitake. Shiitake has been considered a medicinal mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. The shiitake contains a lot of lentinan, a substance that stimulates the immune system to produce natural defense and destruction cells (T cells). The mushroom may also prevent skin diseases and cardiovascular diseases.
