Recipe for parma ham lasagna

Try making a different variant of lasagna, such as this lasagna with Parma ham.

Ingredients for 4 people
120 g sliced ​​Parma ham
2 Piadinas (flat sourdough bread)
1 Roman broccoli stalk
150 g Buffalo Mozzarella
150 g stracchino cheese
2 anchovy fillets in oil
Olive oil extra virgin
salt

Get started
Wet the piadini briefly under the tap. Fry the slices of Parma ham over low heat in a frying pan.

Clean the broccoli, cut it into florets and let them cook for a while.

Put the florets with the anchovy fillets in a frying pan with a little oil.

Grease a baking dish and layer the ingredients, adding salt if necessary. Start with the bread, then the Parma ham, diced mozzarella and pieces of stracchino and finally the broccoli florets.

Add 2 more new layers and finish with piadina. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

Finally:decorate the dish with Parma ham cut into julienne strips and serve.
