Try something different with cauliflower. With this recipe you can turn it into a snack.
Cauliflower is coated with spice oil for this snack and baked until crisp. You can vary the taste:for a sweeter version you can mix four pitted soft dried dates with 1 tablespoon almond butter, teaspoon ground cinnamon and a little water.

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Break the cauliflower into small popcorn-sized pieces.
2. Place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and season with pepper. Mix well. Add the cauliflower and mix well to coat the cauliflower.
3. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy. Turn regularly. Remove from oven and let cool completely
on the baking tray.

Cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and cabbage, have a strong cleansing effect, and because they are rich in glucosinolates they support the detoxification of the body.
