Barbecue season is ideal for experimenting with grilled vegetables. Grill a whole cauliflower and serve it with a homemade green herb sauce.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 cauliflower
- 12 el Olio di Oliva Aglio
- ¼ bunch of basil (about 8 sprigs)
- ¼ bunch of parsley (about 8 sprigs)
- 80 g old cheese
- 4 tbsp Vadouvan Bistro Sauce
- juice of half a lemon salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon &White Pepper Seasoning
Preparation
- Preheat your barbecue to 180 °C.
- Rub the cauliflower with four tablespoons of Olio di Oliva Aglio and sprinkle with two tablespoons of Lemon &White Pepper Seasoning. Place the cauliflower on the BBQ and roast for about 40 minutes. Turn the cauliflower regularly until all sides are evenly browned.
- To make the green herb sauce, mix the basil, parsley, lemon juice, salt and eight tablespoons of Olio di Oliva Aglio with the hand blender until it is a smooth mass.
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces. Divide the Vadouvan Bistro Sauce and the green herb sauce over the cauliflower and grate over some old cheese. Grind some Lemon &White Pepper Seasoning on top to top it off.
