It was when she returned from a trip to Japan in 2011 that this foodie-traveler fell in love with Japanese pastries, and she then decided to create her blog Kitchen on the shoulder, where she offers "recipes adapted from here ". On the menu, surprising sweets, full of flavor, that we take pleasure in nibbling and offering. The best? In addition to the taste journey, each recipe is well illustrated so that it is even easier (and that we can eat even more…).
