You have guests at home tonight and you have nothing planned for the aperitif? And if you put the champagne aside to concoct delicious cocktails, alone or with others!

Cosmopolitan

4cl of vodka

2cl of triple sec (cointreau, grand marnier)

2cl cranberry juice

1cl lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the preparation into a Martini glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Raspberry Mojito

4cl of white rum

3cl lime juice

5cl raspberry syrup

7 mint leaves (keep some for decoration)

5 raspberries

Crushed ice

Sparkling water

Place a few mint leaves at the bottom of a tall glass, along with the raspberries. Using a pestle, grind lightly to release the aromas. Add to 1/3 of the glass, crushed ice. Pour over the raspberry syrup and rum. Top up with sparkling water. Mix well and arrange the last mint leaves on top to decorate.

Pina Colada

1.5 cl of white rum

1.5cl dark rum

3cl of coconut milk

8cl of pineapple juice

1cl lime juice

Put all the ingredients in order to mix in a shaker. Pour into a glass.

Margarita

3.5 cl of tequila

2cl of triple sec

1.5cl lime juice

Rub the edges of a glass with a wedge of lime then dip it in fine salt. Pour the white tequila, triple sec and lime juice into a shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds then pour into the glass, retaining the ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Blue Lagoon

3cl of vodka

3cl of blue curaçao

Lemonade (soda, Sprite, 7up)

Fill a Martini glass with ice cubes, then pour in the curaçao and vodka. Complete with lemonade. Garnish with a slice of lime.
