5 homemade and fun infusions

1. Detox

Boil for 2 minutes, a diced prune, 1 tbsp. at c. of wild thoughts and 1 tbsp. at c. of burdock root (you buy the 3 ingredients in herbal medicine) for a 100% detoxifying effect!

2. Energy

Grate 1 tbsp. at c. of orange peel which is brought to a boil with 1 tbsp. at c. of kola nuts, for its stimulating properties, and 1 tbsp. at c. Eleutherococcus, hyper-energizing (which can be replaced with ginseng), bought at the herbalist’s shop.

3. To sleep well

The mixture is prepared:1 tbsp. at c. of dried red berries (blueberries are the best!), which can be found in the organic shop or in the supermarket’s nuts department, 1 tbsp. at c. of licorice wood cut into pieces, and 1 tbsp. at c. of star anise (in herbal medicine).

4. Against stress

Mix 1 tbsp. at c. of poppy flowers (in herbalism) for its soothing virtues, 1 diced dried apricot and a few goji berries. If you like the flavor, you can also add a few pistils of saffron (in the grocery store).

5. To digest

After a meal a little too heavy, mix 1 tbsp. at c. of candied pineapple (in the nuts department of the supermarket or in the grocery store) with a top digestion cocktail:fragrant asparagus and lemon balm in leaves, which can be bought at the herbalist's shop (1 tbsp each). P>
