Food processors are great, but we must admit that they are often imposing, which leads to two situations:either we leave it out all the time, and we don't have much space left on the work surface (or we have a large kitchen and that's super cool), or we put it away to save space and we forget to use it... The KitchenAid robot brand has obviously thought of people with small kitchens since it releases the Mini version of its flagship robot, the Artisan. Great!
In its Mini version, the Artisan is 20% smaller and 25% lighter. Fortunately, the XS version is no less efficient than the classic. Its bowl has a capacity of 3.3 L (against 4.8 L for the classic version), which still allows you to make up to 68 cookies depending on the brand. Phew! Moreover, all the accessories of the Artisan range adapt to the Mini. It comes with a wire whisk, flat beater and dough hook and offers 10 speeds. What to make fresh pasta, ravioli, meatballs, fish loaves, Dauphinois gratins, vegetable and fruit salads, juices and coulis, meringues, bread... In short, it's a bit of cheating, but if that makes us a cooking pro, we're not going to say no!
Artisan Mini robot, KitchenAid, available in 6 colors (black, grey, pink, red, green and blue), €599.
