Purple cauliflower, acai berries, purple asparagus, elderberries, Vitelotte potatoes, purple corn on the cob… These original foods should soon invade our plates. In question ? Their color, of course, but not only! "The power of purple goes beyond its vibrant color, as it often indicates the density of nutrients and antioxidants present in foods," Whole Foods Market experts explain in a report. The darker the color of a food, the higher the level of antioxidants and nutrients, and therefore, the healthier the food, added the Telegraph .
